The ENCE5214 portfolio combines the legal rules of New Zealand cadastral surveying with practical traverse work. Part 1 tests the Cadastral Survey Rules 2021 (CSR 2021) and survey plan reading, Part 2 is a 12d Model case study on a two-lot subdivision at 40 Lagoon Place, and Part 3 compares key cadastral terms. Late work without an approved extension loses 5% per calendar day.

Include screenshots of your three blocks and the traverse plan view with all marks labelled. (35 marks)
- After watching the “reductions and Landonline” video, summarise the approach of the final traverse spreadsheet prepared for export to Landonline, focusing on the workflow of the blocks and working from the whole to the part.
