- Request for Qualifications: (Links to an external site.) Conduct a search for an Airport RFQ. While public documents, SOQs are considered to be proprietary because they contain marketing information and company strategies. As such, it may be difficult to find a public SOQ, therefore you will not be held responsible in locating one for this activity. Your project airport administrative staff may be a good resource or any other airport, in locating an SOQ. Aviation consulting companies are another source to try.
