For your final project in this course you will analyze an organization with which you are familiar, identify a significant problem the organization is facing (one that is related to the topics of this course), and recommend an approach to solving the problem (using the topics covered in this course).  The file attached below outlines the full project. 

For this assignment, you will provide a ONE-page overview of the organization and problem you plan to evaluate. To begin, choose a public or not-for-profit organization with which you are familiar. It is best if you choose an organization where you previously or presently work. Once you have chosen an organization, identify a single, important problem the organization is facing and the management challenges in confronting the problem.  Explain the problem and how organizational theory helps you to understand the management challenges in finding a possible solution.  Use the outline below to structure your proposal.
