In this weeks discussion, our team of learners will address ethics from two different approaches. Please post a response to each question according to the classroom discussion board policy timeline. In the pre-capstone course, you completed a version of Sections I and II. After completing required reading for Module 1 of this course, reflect and apply critical thinking to address the following questions:
If a manager/leader/decision maker were to read your current version of Sections I and II, how might that person assess whether or not you are taking an ethical approach to solving your problem? Post your answer to the discussion board and respond to at least two other student posts.
You are an employee in an organization chartered with leading a team to investigate options surrounding a business opportunity for your organization. Create a hypothetical scenario in which an organizational leader or project sponsor asked you to make an ethical breach during the investigation. Describe the scenario and explain what you are being asked to do. You may also explain why you believe the request is being made. Do not explain how you would respond.
