Consider the following scenario:

You have been in a new organization now for over 6 months and less than 9 months. You have come across a co-worker that is struggling in their role and continues to make errors. They are feeling frustrated and considering quitting the organization due to a feeling of failure.

1. How would a manager approach this situation versus a leader? What do you think is needed and why?
