You are required to submit the proposal for your research investigation leading to the final dissertation
project. You will need to need to identify and develop your own topic based on your personal and
professional interest, your knowledge and ss and its feasibility. This topic has to be interesting and
relevant to your degree (i.e. the field of international business).
For students who have developed and submitted their own topic of research as part of the topic
review assignment, it will be expected that they show considerable progress on their research since
their topic review submission be it in terms of the academic literature mobilised, the development
of their research question, or in terms of the overall research direction (methodology, data,
expected findings).
