This assignment asks you to develop a stakeholder engagement strategy, supported by a Customer Interview Facilitator Guide. The stakeholder engagement strategy should outline how you will engage your stakeholders and which stakeholders you will engage. This should be a one to two page document.
The Customer Interview Facilitator Guide should consist of at least 12 questions and Facilitator Instructions. You will want to include questions related to: Customer Segmentation; Problem Discovery; Problem Validation; Solution Discovery.
The Customer Interview will be delivered in class – by a peer – so the quality of this assignment will directly impact the quality of the information gathered!
