When writing your paper, please adhere to the following guidelines and use headings to ensure that you meet all of the requirements for the paper:
1. Introduction
In this section, introduce the concepts that you will be discussing within
your paper.
2. Two Areas that You Excel At
In this section, discuss two areas of the assessment that you scored
the highest in. Think critically about why these areas might be the
highest for you. Are you surprised that these were your highest areas?
Why or why not? What practices do you have in place in your own life
that support these areas? Support your statements with details and
examples from your own life.
3. Two Areas that Need More Support
In this section, discuss two of your lowest scores. Are you surprised
that you scored lower in these areas than others? Why or why not? What types of activities could you engage in to offer yourself more
support in these areas? Support your statements with details and
examples from your own life.
4. Link the Results to your Personal and Professional Goals
Think critically about how understanding how balanced your life is could benefit you as a student? An employee (or future employee)?
Your relationships? How might becoming more balanced improve these
areas of your life. Support your statements with details and
examples from your own life.
Formatting and Submission
1. Papers must be a minimum of two (2) full pages and a maximum of three full pages. Papers should be typed, double-spaced, Times New Roman font, one-inch margins.
2. Papers are submitted online, in eLearning in the appropriate drop-box.
3. Please compose your paper using proper grammar, punctuation and spelling. Points will be deducted from score for multiple errors.
4. Be sure to be as introspective as possible. We are looking for evidence that you are thinking critically and deeply, so please go beyond the surface in exploring these areas of your life.
