Write a full two page paper (on a separate document) describing steps a hospital should take in setting up a disaster management response plan, and what challenges they may face. Factors to consider may be costs for training, extra equipment (portable generators, etc.), water concerns, transportation of employees, etc. Also consider what factors may contribute to a plan’s failure.

You should use information from at least 3 peer-reviewed and credible resources (besides the textbook) to support your paper, while using in-text citations with a reference page.
