Watch the video, below, in which Google and other tech industry managers talk about what they look for in a new hire. Is just being able to code enough? What else is just as or even MORE important to them in a new employee? Post a reply in which you (1) summarize the main points of the video and (2) apply what you learned to your own situation. What does it mean for you? How does it relate to your own experience?
Aim for 300-400 words, but more is fine. Apply what we’ve already covered regarding using a topic sentence (appropriate here, I think), cohesive paragraph structure and signposting.
