2: Part A: Meal Plan Template
In
this document you need to complete two tables. In Table 1 add the
meal plan for a 50-year-old male that will meet his dietary
requirements according to the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating
(AGHE). Once you have completed the meal plan enter the number of
serves each meal provides for the relevant food groups in Table 2.
Then add up the total number of serves for each group.

Task
2: Part B: My Meal Plan Template
Use
the following table to write down your lunch OR evening meal. Include
for each food the amount, the food group it is in, and the number of
serves from the food group. You are aiming to include in your meal at
least one (1) serve of bread and cereals, two (2) serves of
vegetables, one (1) serve of fruit, and one (1) serve from the milk,
cheese, yoghurt or dairy alternative group.
