To compare the rating, you need to study each criterion in detail, apply it to a building, get results, and then only you can make a comparison. It can be one of the objectives. Try to relate and merge it with point one.3. To suggest measures to improve ratings of low rated Green buildings.- The strategies like retrofitting are one the available effective techniques to make buildings green and energy efficient.4. To suggest measures to make buildings use renewable, natural resources to ensure sustainable construction.- You have to narrow it down. May not be appropriate.5. To suggest measures to achieve best possible human adaptation techniques.- Again, you have to narrow it down. May not be appropriate
