Create a PowerPoint presentation. (6 slides)
Slides1: Introduction slide -explain the two companies and industry
Slide 2 : Compare and contrast customer types for each company
Slide 3: Highlight and compare the customer service between the 2 companies.
Slide4: discuss findings on training customer serviced staff
Slide 5: which company would you like to work 4 and why?
Slide 6 Conclusion and ask for questions.
Have you highlighted what the companies did well and what they didn’t do well when it came to customer service.

• Use pictures and diagrams rather than lots of words on your slides.
• Use confident body language.
• Provide a clear introduction.
• There needs to be a logical flow in your presentation content.
• End your presentation with a conclusion.
Submit a copy of you ppt. to TURNITIN before week 12 class. This is where you will receive your feedback.
