Review of Website
Preface
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is the disease, and the CDCP (Centres for Disease control Control and preventionPrevention) website on ADHD, https://www.cdc.gov/ncbddd/adhd is considered for critical reflection and review in the current exercise. The current report is presented with two key aspects. The first is about the criterion necessary for evaluation of the website. The criteria are selected based on Cornell University library (CUL), recommendations for the website evaluation. Each of these criterions is detailed with emphasis on the objectives. The second criterion is contained in correlating these criterions and employing the same for evaluating the website (ADHD).
You need a complete evaluative thesis (the last sentence of the intro), which states your review of the website by mentioning the criteria (relevant criteria) the website has met or not—thesis should include the site, the criteria and whether the website met them or not. An effective thesis summarizes in your own words the main points of your paper, responds clearly to the question/topic, and makes your position and intentions clear. It is best positioned at the end of your intro. It previews the content and structure of an essay. If the thesis is, “The excellent NFL website more than meets the most important criteria for a valuable website on ADHD: X, Y, and Z,” then I will know the content is X, Y, and Z, and I know you will cover those in that order in the body. You will also restate that thesis in your conclusion.

- Accuracy of the information needs to be reliable and dependable. The details of the contributor to the site, qualifications, and credentials of the contributor along with credentials of validation of the information will be a significant criterion to be relied on, about of such disease and related informative websites.

The body of the essay should cover the points of the thesis (in this case the criteria used to evaluate the website) in the order of the thesis. Each paragraph should begin with a topic sentence that announces which point is covered in that paragraph.
Evaluation of the website selected for ADHD – Findings
The current website https://www.cdc.gov/ncbddd/adhd/index.html selected is meeting all the criterion set for evaluation (CDC, 2020). Objectivity of the site is up to the mark, there is range of information about the statistics, treatment, symptoms, diagnosis, and recommendations are provided on the website. Also, exhaustive information for state support, CDC support for children with ADHD etc are detailed. Accuracy of the information presented is also validated and reliable, since the content source is indicated, and it is a nationally recognized body established for health development related with developmental disorders. Authority is well recognized, CDC and National centres on birth defects and developmental disorders is the key for the website and the details are provided. Currency is established by the details of the last revision (update), April 8, 2020 is the recent revision of the article. Coverage of the site is as per expectations, it is accessible with normal internet explorer and Google chrome with moderately recent editions, there is no need for special provisions and technical software for viewing the content displayed on the site. Hence, from all these perspectives it is possible to evaluate that the side is up to the requirements that can be expected from a typical medical informative site. The site is as in accordance with the standards.
Further insights
The website has the necessary pathos (credibility), the content is in confirmation with pathos, the logos of the content are implied, and the logical usage of the treatment and procedures for recovery is detailed in the site, Also there is agreement with the pathos of the readers by including an image with appeal to the positive emotions of the readers (Charland et al., 2017). The image includes a health care professional positively interacting with a child and her mother. The overall picture message is quite positive and can bestow confidence in the people whoever reads the same. Also, related, and further information about the overview of CDC, funding for CDC, policies, Acts, and contact details provides profound confidence and positive experience for any reader who goes through the site.
Conclusion
CDC has designed the site well, all the 5 criteria of evaluation are quite satisfying, and the site has appeal to the pathos, logos and ethos of the readers and hence it is meeting the purpose and objectives.
