Part A
Determine the elements your organization needs to recover from the emergency incident. You will include these elements in Part B.

- What improvements are likely to occur in the future regarding the function or activity?
Part B
Review the information you gathered on your organization’s incident in Weeks Three and Four. Using this information and the research from Part A, create a 2- to 3-page continuity plan for managing the emergency incident you chose in Week Two. Please ensure your plan contains at least 750-1,000 words. Include the following:

- Phases of emergency management:
- Preparedness (Week Three)
- Mitigation (Week Three)
- Response (Week Four)
- Recovery (Week Five, Part A)
- Sources
Format your sources and paper according to APA guidelines; provide at least four references.
