and Professional Presentation

Introduction
This is the third assignment for this Unit, which should be delivered individually by 29 April
2020 and carries 25% of your final mark. An A1 size postal presentation based on one
aspect of your major research project (Assignment 2). The aspect of procurement your
postal presentation will be based on have been pre-selected and assigned by your Lecturer
(See Topic Allocations document for your allocated topic).
Purpose and learning outcomes:
The purpose of this assignment is to assess your organisation skills, your use of creativity,
critical thinking, analysis and research skills to solve theoretical and real-world problems in
construction procurement. It is also aimed at developing your presentation and
communication skills.
