In project part 6, you will write an investment objective for your chosen P0 based on what you learned about your
choices throughout the semester. Also, give your portfolio an appropriate name.
Portfolio Name.
The name of a portfolio should be a fair reflection of the funds strategy. In fact, the SEC requires a mutual fund with
a name suggesting that the fund focuses on a particular type of investment (e.g., “stocks” or “bonds”) to invest at
least 80% of its assets accordingly.
Portfolio Objective.
This should be a broad statement about the objective of the investments. Assume that your portfolio is a mutual
fund and address the objective as a statement about the time horizon and risk level of the fund. For example:
“The <name here> is a large cap equity fund that seeks long term growth by making concentrated
stock choices and diversifying across sectors”
In this section, also write a short paragraph about how you plan on following your objective and measuring your
success.
