Im currently starting to write my master thesis. The subject is the evolution of the residential real estate market in Hong-Kong and the factors that influence it I would like you to write the part literature review. It consists on what has already be found in previous; phd research, academic paper, thesis and serious expert report (thus serious sources). This chapter of my master thesis has to be divided in two parts. Firstly, the factors that affect the price of the residential real estate in general (from more general real estate theories that can be applied worldwide) and secondly factors which are more specific to the hong kong residential real estate market.
