2. See if you can create a group of 3-4 students (Note. 4 is maximum). Name the group. Avoid “ISYS1051” or any other generic name.
3. Create a OneDrive (or GoogleDrive) folder. Name must be groupname_tutorial day_time e.g., Fantastic4_Tues_1030
4. On the folder make a document with each group members contact details and a photo of ach member. Share the folder with the group and your tutor
5. Open the Canvas and download the learning portfolio template
6. Open Visio and choose the BPMN template
7. Think about a medical centre where you went to see a doctor for medical illness. Try to make a BPMN diagram of the process from booking an appointment to enter the medical centre till leaving after seeing the doctor.
8. Create a small diagram and use the snipping tool to copy the diagram into the correct place in the learning portfolio template
9. Before coming to the next week, go to a fish and chips shop with your groupmates, see the business processes, pick one process (entertaining a customer), follow the related activities and create a BPMN diagram. The tutor will pick the issues from the diagram and suggest corrections. If you do not create the diagram before coming to the class, the tutor will not be able to give you feedback.
