The learning and development are normally incorporated in the HR department (CIPD, 2018). The L&D strategy is significantly aligned with the needs of the business in the majority of the modern organisations. As such, it is directly influenced by the legislative and organizational factors.
Legislative Factors
Legislation that eliminates the unpaid work experience which is currently offered by the majority of the employers are in most instances favouring specific segments of the society and as such preventing any prevalence of diversity. The employees are supposed to participate in the L&D sessions for them to be guaranteed of a high-level growth in their organisation.
Regulatory record keeping could influence the need for new training management solutions. This would equally be inclusive of identifying the extent to which the different L&D sessions are implemented.
Organization Factors Design needs in an organisation- this factor influence on ascertaining of the training offered is in line with the organisations. From this, the development time and cost metrics must successfully be identified
