“Fresh coffee for the world” is a vibrant, modern café with an upbeat vibe. The cafe has a very inviting atmosphere. It is
located at a very convenient location in the backstreets of Melbourne CBD with outdoor seating to catch a few rays of sun
whilst sipping your favourite latte.
“Fresh coffee for the world” café is committed to the visions of a new world and Social Responsibility such as the use of
ethically sourced raw material, contribute to global vision of climate change. The business works tirelessly to reduce waste,
the use of paper cups, recycling and promoting environmental sustainability.
The café is known for ethically sourced selection of coffee beans and healthy food options. In addition to the healthy
selection they also have a scrumptious treats sections, so you can leave your diet at the door and enjoy!
The owner of the shop Tom the barista and his staff are very friendly and welcoming. Tom likes to host people and has a
vision for this café to be a space for likeminded people to sit, relax and maybe work. He remembers the names of his clients
and the way they like their coffee made. This information is manually recorded on hard copy together with contact details of
the customers. In the same ledger, he keeps all details of his staff and all business transactions.
Although the shop has opened 2 years ago, the owner is struggling to keep the flow of customers. On average he receives
50 customers per day and that just covers overheads cost.
In an attempt to increase his customer base, Tom has distributed flyers in the vicinity, unfortunately with not much success.
He then organised coffee tasting events for his regular clientele whit great success, but that did not increase his clientele
greatly.
