Task:
You will be asked to reflect on your experience on placement this year and how you have progressed your work-based learning. This will be composed of three main components:
Identify and evaluate the purposes and aims of your area of work. You should refer to key policies and/or link to material from academic modules to discuss for example the group targeted by the work, or the mechanisms used to achieve the goals.
Use your discussions from the group sessions, plus feedback from your supervisor to reflect upon and evaluate your progress as a sport professional. This may include any mentoring work with the second years in your group
Submit your group Padlet site, which should include evidence of engagement from all members, should reflect group discussions, and should reflect and evaluate the usefulness (or not!) of group work/communities of practice
