I will introduce myself again I am Fatima Almarzooqi the lead auditor of the team and the auditor team are Sara Alamrii and Mona albloushi. like we know that we came to audit your entity to monitor the entity if it is compliance within per the OSHAD SF, EAD, Waste management to Canteen and Bathroom. make sure that all audit findings are confidential, and we looked only at a sample of the system.
let’s start, through the audit I found that the institute has ten non-compliance, firstly The Chemicals weren’t stored in a properly and weren’t provide save place for it, secondly No risk assessment records are available, Also They don’t segregate a waste, They are not providing MSDS for chemicals nearby from worker and Records show that staff have not been trained for a long time, Finally They did not put label is required on each Bin.
but for the other requirements the canteen and bathroom staff they commitment to the requirement of OSHAD and some requirement of EAD and Waste management.
I will give everyone our finding and we will discuss way there are gaps and we will solve it. I hope the provided recommendations take it in seriously way to reach compliance all requirements. (the finding and recommendation have been mentioned down).
We discussed why there are gaps and why there are requirements are non-compliance and when it will be the deadlines for any Corrective Actions
