Strategies — What, specifically, will we do to achieve the objectives. Ideally, each facility will provide 3-5 strategies to achieve each of the Five Year Objectives. The strategies should not focus on achieving the shorter term objectives, but also positively impact the Key Goals. Keep in mind that these are not items we will just do, and move on to the next set of Objectives in five years. These strategies shall provide solutions which are reasonable, attainable, and most of all — sustainable.
