For this assignment, you will provide a ONE-page overview of the organization and problem you plan to evaluate. To begin, choose a public or not-for-profit organization with which you are familiar. It is best if you choose an organization where you previously or presently work. Once you have chosen an organization, identify a single, important problem the organization is facing and the management challenges in confronting the problem. Explain the problem and how organizational theory helps you to understand the management challenges in finding a possible solution. Use the outline below to structure your proposal.
