Need to write a proposal as a first submission for my senior design project. the project is about the following : I have a DJI Phantom 4 drone and i need to make it powered from the ground(tethered drone) so it can run for a long time probably 3-4 hours. i dont know how to format my proposal submission so I need help with that. thanks
