functions of hospitality and tourism management. This will enable you to understand the different
types of business management issues that can arise in the operational, human resource,
financial, and product and markets contexts.
Individually, you are required to research the most recent scholarly publications and identify and
analyse the top two current issues that prevail in each of the contexts within tourism and
hospitality management. Your task is to write an 800 words report outlining the key findings.
