Once you have examined the teamwork examples and the fundamentals of effective teams and have some knowledge of successful team-building exercises, you will be ready to develop team-building exercises for your team at work.

- Develop original team-building exercises which will help to solve these two problems.
- Evaluate and describe what may make the implementation of these exercises both easy and difficult to execute at your workplace.
