You will engage a whole class (at least 20 students) in a career development lesson presentation. You will develop a pre-test/post-test based on learning objectives or goals (i.e. somethings you hope they will learn or do differently) for students to complete before and after your class presentation. Make sure it can be easily scored and compared (i.e., multiple choice or Likert -type scale items). Also, on your post-test you may want to include some additional items that will be of value you or that are more subjective (i.e., open-ended questions, In what ways was this class lesson valuable to you? or What did you least alike about this class lesson?).
