Perhaps, accessing this technology will need further skillset. Though the vendors train staff of the university on this aspect, we also need change resistance of the staff. I sat back and thought if professors would be interested. This shows that we can take it to the next step. |

For example, email features will be limited and students will now make use of chatbots. On the other hand, vendors give the option to download an app in their respective phones and respond on the go. This sounded interesting and also displayed convenience of the professors in resolving queries of the students. I decided to review the works done in the week and developed a complete specification document along with impact analysis that will allow me to approach the management. |
