A s a training consultant who adores and specialises in workshop design, it recently occurred to me that many
of the products I have created over
the years have in fact been rewrites,

Without realising it, I have become quite

live, real time? For me the answers lie
within some fundamental aspects of
brain science, most, if not all of which the

stimuli pretty quickly;

needs to be dealt with separately);
