Harley Davidson is outsourcing the some parts of the production side to China and/or Australia and may be other countries too. A detailed Balance Scorecard is required highlighting both positives and negatives of this outsourcing strategy.
2. Harley Davidson’s Current Marketing Strategy
A Balanced scorecard is required to explain the positives and negatives of their current marketing strategy.
