For this assignment, you will examine your values and create action steps to help resolve ethical dilemmas that involve a conflict of values. Use the course text to help you select the best practices and support your ideas. You are required to have three references, of which two must be peer-reviewed journal articles one must be your textbook.

Assignment Requirements
Your paper should meet the following requirements:
Written communication: Written communication is free of errors that detract from the overall message.
APA formatting: Resources and citations are formatted according to current APA style and formatting.
Number of resources: Minimum of three resources, of which two must be peer-reviewed articles and one must be the textbook. Additional references are fine, but you must include the text and two peer-reviewed journal articles.
Length of paper: 4–5 typed double-spaced pages, not including required cover page and references page. No abstract is required.
Font and font size: Times New Roman, 12 points.
