Procedure of Submission and Re-Submission

Submission procedure.
Below is the procedure for your first submission of any Task/Assessment:

1. All the study materials will be emailed to you by your trainer.
   This includes;
   PowerPoint slides,
   Student book (if applicable)
   Templates related to the assessment
   Any other study material, e.g. subject matter articles, links etc.
   HOWEVER, the ASSESSMENT BOOKLET WILL NOT BE SENT TO YOU, YOU MUST ATTEND CLASS TO HAVE ACCESS TO IT AND SIGN IT (printed mode).
2. We will only accept assessments submission made in person (BY YOU ONLY), in printed format.
   You are responsible to take care of the printing of the assessment, either at Albright or elsewhere.
   o We will not, under any circumstance, accept assessments submitted by friends or family member or any other person besides yourself.
   o We will provide you with a receipt upon accepting your submission.
   Re-submission procedure.
   Below is the procedure for your re-submission of any Task and as requested by your trainer:
3. You will be advised by your trainer via email of whether you are Competent or Not Yet Competent for all the assessment tasks of the unit you have submitted.
4. If you are marked not yet competent (NYC) for any task, as per the trainer/assessor feedback, then;
    you will only need to re-do, fix or correct the part (question/activity) that was marked as such (usually in red).
    The part/areas that has been marked as correct is not to be changed and left as it was submitted previously.
5. The whole task(s) must then be re-submitted with the areas you have re-done, fixed or corrected.
6. You must highlight either in a different colour or font, the parts you have re-done, fixed or corrected so we are able to see that work/part clearly.
7. You will have 2 weeks to re-submit.
8. You will also need to fill and re-sign a new assessment booklet – this is required each time you re-submit
