For this assessment, students are required to identify a multi-storey shopping centre and examine how the various legislative provisions, legal obligations and professional liability issues affecting property management of the centre.
Using the same shopping centre, students have to analyse the professional relationships and synergies which occur between the centre’s commercial property management and property investment, property development, marketing, leasing, research, valuation, portfolio, asset and facilities management teams.

Report requirements:
An industry report format is to be used, including title page (report front page), executive summary, table of contents, main body of the report, conclusion, appendices and references.
The report must be word-processed, double line spaced with 12-point font, properly bound (using corner staples or transparent document sleeves is not acceptable), and fully referenced using the Harvard referencing system.
