Either using the Project Portfolio Services Organisation (PPSO) information your group developed in assignment 2 or your own workplace; develop a conceptual paper on reporting from data level to information to reporting through the hierarchy of the organisation. This paper should include information of systems and tools used to collect data, what reports would be needed in a Program Management Office (PMO) and/or PPSO. How that information is then reported to continue management of ongoing projects, introduction of new projects and termination of projects not performing.
This concept paper must comply with the Harvard AGPS standard for referencing.
