    employment relations policies and practices in two different
    subsidiaries. You will be comparing different locations, social
    contexts, and political-economic systems. From your research,
    you will select relevant policies and practices to develop your
    client’s employment relations.

    For your allocated country company and one other country company,
    compare and contrast the similarities and differences between the ER
    systems and processes. Therefore, look at the social environment,
    laws and policies that influence each country.
