To gather information for your first project, Go to Library Resources on Blackboard (course Bb site) to access a library research guide. You will need to click LAUNCH on the right side of your screen to access the guide. Go to: 1. A-Z Databases: Business and Economics 2. Choose Hoover’s online for your BILS project (this is crucial for your first assignment “Business Email” due 3/2) 3. Other databases that are useful for your BILS project (especially second assignment “Business Executive Summary”) 3.1 Business Source Complete 3.2 Business Insights 3.3 Wall Street Journal 3.4 SEC-Filings (10K company reports): Go to Library Resources on course Bb site. If you prefer to use any other outside sources, please make sure to cite your sources properly. Please note reference to outside sources is NOT mandatory. I will check submissions for plagiarism using SafeAssign on Blackboard. You will be asked to subject your writing to SafeAssign before submitting. Students are allowed to make 2 attempts/revisions. Students “are allowed to view SafeAssign originality report for their attempts”.
