The competition rules are to design a cipher algorithm extending from the various Cipher algorithms, but they have included a scenario where a hacker has intercepted both plaintext and cipher text messages from your algorithm by using a Man-In-The-Middle Attack, where attackers can alter the communication data between two parties.

One of the most important skills in cryptography is encryption and decryption.
