Assignment 2 is a case study report related to team, leadership and communication.

 

Task:

 

Critically analyse your individual and team’s experiences in a virtual world and as a physical team by using the results in the Harvard Business Publishing Everest simulation using the following three course concepts

1)  Teams

2)  Leadership

3)  Communication (including disinhibition effect)

in case study report format (see next page). Draw conclusions highlighting lessons learned and recommendations for leading projects and being part of a project team.

 

 

Word limit: Total of 2000 words (+/-10%) excluding references and appendices.

 

 

Marking Criteria:  Marks will be assigned following the marking distribution and assignment standards set out in the table.
