- What triggered the change to this type of setting? Discuss the physical environment, the care relationships, staff ratios ‘ etc.

- Discuss one key piece of legislation in respect of this — for example, Health Act 2007 – led to the formation of HIQA; Disability Act 2005; Ireland has ratified the UN Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities

- Select some of the HIQA standards and discuss the extent to which they are not met in Bungalow 3
