When you join the workforce, learning will be a daily activity that is neither structured nor guided by a teacher. Most of your future knowledge and skill will be gained in a self-directed manner, initiated by you to accomplish a goal that you have committed to achieve. To provide you with experience in this process, you will complete a self-directed learning activity. This plan will include your personal situational analysis, your vision, your core values, your mission, your unique qualities, the target market(s) where you expect to be employed, your products and services that you can deliver to an organization, any strategic partnerships you may have, your professional marketing plan, and how you expect to recharge and renew yourself.
